Rev. Dr. Robert Clayton, DMin & DBA
Board Chair
Rev. Dr. Robert M. Clayton brings more than 20 years of leadership, training, and community-service experience to Love INC Metro North, where he serves as Board President. He is a Community Support Program Manager with Adams County Human Services, an adjunct faculty member in Belhaven University’s School of Business, and Board President of The Journey Community Care Center. Robert holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Walden University and a Doctor of Ministry in Ministry Leadership from Liberty University, along with graduate degrees in business and theology.
Grounded in his Christian faith, Robert is passionate about connecting compassionate service with practical, thoughtful leadership. His ministry experience includes serving as a deacon and Director of Compassion Opportunities at The Journey Church of Westminster, supporting outreach, volunteer development, and community partnerships. Through Love INC Metro North, he seeks to help churches work together, strengthen relationships, and serve neighbors with dignity, respect, and the love of Christ.

Protecting the Mission
Keep decisions, priorities, and plans grounded in Love INC’s Christian mission and relational approach to serving neighbors.
Providing Direction and Accountability
Guide strategic planning, establish policies, and evaluate progress to support responsible leadership and the ministry’s long-term development.
Stewarding Resources
Oversee budgets and financial practices, support fundraising, and help secure the resources needed to sustain the ministry.
Strengthening Community Connections
Represent Love INC Metro North, build relationships with churches and community supporters, and invite others to participate in the mission.
